Mateusz Zachara, MD, PhD
Dr. Mateusz Zachara is a graduate of the Wrocław Medical Academy. For eleven years, he operated at the Plastic Surgery Hospital in Polanica-Zdrój, Poland’s leading and oldest plastic surgery center, recognized as one of the best in the world. He honed his skills and expertise over many years under the guidance of Prof. Kazimierz Kobus and other renowned Polish and international plastic surgeons, performing thousands of surgical procedures. In 2010, he earned his PhD in medical sciences. Through specialized courses and individual training at prestigious plastic surgery centers in Poland and abroad, he has mastered advanced surgical techniques. Continuously striving to provide the best care for his patients, he enhances his qualifications and expands his knowledge of modern surgical techniques and innovations in plastic and aesthetic medicine.
Dr. Zachara is the author and co-author of numerous scientific papers presented at international conferences on plastic and reconstructive surgery, published in peer-reviewed medical journals. He is an active member of multiple scientific societies, including the Polish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery, the International Confederation for Plastic Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery, the Polish Society of Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicine, the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the Polish Society for Microsurgery.
Dr. Mateusz Zachara performs a full range of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures. His key areas of interest include aesthetic surgery of the nose, breasts, and ears, as well as reconstruction of these structures using the patient’s own tissues. For the past ten years, he has also been performing aesthetic medicine procedures in response to patient demand.
The procedures performed by Dr. Zachara ensure outstanding results, safety, and adherence to the highest medical standards and principles of sound judgment.
Beyond his medical career, he is passionate about music and drawing. In 1999, he graduated from the State Music School II degree in Wrocław, specializing in piano. He has participated in numerous jazz workshops led by esteemed musicians such as Włodek Pawlik, Bogdan Hołownia, and Jan Mazur. Between 1992 and 1995, he won several piano competitions.

Agnieszka Niewczas-Maciejewska
Dr. Agnieszka Niewczas-Maciejewska is a specialist in plastic surgery and a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the Piastów Śląskich Medical University in Wrocław. She began her specialization in plastic surgery in 2013 at the Plastic Surgery Department in Polanica-Zdrój, the oldest and one of the most prestigious plastic surgery centers in Poland.
Over the years, she has gained experience and honed her skills under the guidance of outstanding plastic surgeons. Currently, she serves as a senior assistant in Plastic Surgery at the Plastic Surgery Department of DSS T. Marciniak Hospital in Wrocław. She is also a certified aesthetic medicine doctor, a field she has been involved in since the beginning of her medical career.
Dedicated to her patients and the continuous improvement of her expertise, she regularly participates in courses and individual internships in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine at renowned centers both in Poland and abroad.
She is a member of several scientific societies, including the Polish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS).
Dr. Agnieszka Niewczas-Maciejewska performs a full range of plastic and reconstructive surgery procedures. Her key areas of interest include aesthetic surgery of the nose, breasts, and facial surgery.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, she is a multiple-time medalist in the Polish long jump championships and a passionate fan of winter sports. In her free time, she enjoys swapping the operating room for a tennis court or indulging in a French film screening, as she is an avid admirer of French cinema.

Piotr Janik
Dr. Piotr Janik is a specialist in plastic surgery. He graduated from the First Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Warsaw. He completed his basic plastic surgery training at the Plastic Surgery Clinic of the CMKP at Prof. W. Orłowski University Clinical Hospital in Warsaw. He furthered his expertise in aesthetic surgery during an internship in Stockholm at Akademikliniken—one of the world’s largest and most renowned aesthetic surgery clinics—where he trained directly under some of the best surgeons, including Per Hedén, a globally recognized legend in plastic surgery.
Dr. Janik also gained experience in general surgery at the Clinic of General, Oncological, Metabolic, and Thoracic Surgery at the Military Institute of Medicine in Warsaw.
He performs a full range of plastic surgery procedures, including hair transplants using the FUE method.
Dr. Piotr Janik is a Fellow of Akademikliniken and a member of ISAPS (International Society of Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery), The European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS), MyFace Academy, and the Polish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery (PTChPRiE). He continuously advances his skills in aesthetic plastic surgery.
He dedicates every spare moment to staying up to date with the latest research in plastic surgery literature. He consistently enhances his qualifications by attending numerous courses, conferences, and training programs worldwide.

Ireneusz Siewiera
Dr. Ireneusz Siewiera is a graduate of the Wrocław Medical Academy. He completed his postgraduate internship at the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Wrocław and subsequently began doctoral studies at the Plastic Surgery Clinic in Polanica-Zdrój. In 2007, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the effectiveness of treating vascular lesions using a KTP laser.
He gained experience working in the general surgery department in Kłodzko. His specialization training in plastic surgery took place at the Clinic of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery in Łódź, as well as at the Plastic Surgery Clinic in Polanica-Zdrój. Currently, he serves as a senior assistant at the Clinic and Department of Plastic Surgery at the Specialist Medical Center in Polanica-Zdrój.
Dr. Siewiera is the author of numerous scientific publications and has delivered multiple conference presentations. He actively enhances his qualifications by participating in symposia, conferences, and courses in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery. Over his many years of practice, he has performed a wide range of procedures in general surgery, oncology, microsurgery, reconstructive surgery, and aesthetic surgery.
He is a member of the Polish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery and the Reconstructive and Microsurgical Section of the Polish Society of Surgeons.

Wojciech Berendt
Dr. Wojciech Berendt is a specialist in plastic surgery and general surgery with many years of experience. He graduated from the Piastów Śląskich Medical Academy in Wrocław in 1995.
He began his career at the Regional Railway Hospital in Wrocław, where, under the guidance of Dr. Wojciech Durek, he obtained his first specialization in general surgery. From 1996 to 1999, he collaborated with Dr. Henryk Knakiewicz at the Plastic Surgery Clinic in Wrocław.
Since 2007, Dr. Berendt has worked in the Plastic Surgery Department in Polanica-Zdrój, the oldest and one of the best plastic surgery centers in Poland. He completed his plastic surgery specialization under the mentorship of the innovator and legend of plastic surgery, Prof. Kazimierz Kobus, and his outstanding successor, Prof. Piotr Wójcicki.
For many years, Dr. Berendt has collaborated with private plastic surgery clinics, performing numerous procedures, including facial surgeries, breast surgeries, abdominoplasty, body contouring procedures, and male gynecomastia surgeries.
He actively participates in international scientific congresses in Poland and around the world, continuously expanding his knowledge and learning about the latest and best surgical techniques to ensure his procedures are even safer and more precise.
Dr. Wojciech Berendt is a member of the Polish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery (PTChPRiE).
Privately, he is passionate about extreme sports and spends his free time actively in the mountains or on the water, among the waves and winds.

A graduate of the Silesian Medical University, Dr. Adam Maciejewski is an outstanding specialist in general and oncological surgery, with exceptional achievements in the field of reconstructive microsurgery. He has been repeatedly awarded for his accomplishments and initiatives, including receiving the highest state honors from the President of Poland twice for his medical contributions and his impact on the advancement of Polish medicine. Dr. Maciejewski is a pioneer of numerous innovative solutions in reconstructive and transplant microsurgery. Along with his team, he was the first in the world to perform two face transplants, one of which was a life-saving procedure, as well as organ transplants in the neck area, including a groundbreaking transplant for a six-year-old boy.
